Return Policy

This policy applies when paid services are arranged through Vorthraliz.

Service scope

Services may include premium planning support, private coordination sessions, or custom route preparation when offered by written agreement.

Cancellation window

Requests canceled at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery are generally eligible for full return of paid fees unless separate contractual terms apply.

Partial returns

If service work has already started, returns may be adjusted based on completed preparation and communication time.

How to request

Return requests must be sent through email with the request details and contact information used during booking.

Processing period

Approved returns are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

State law notice

This return policy does not limit rights provided by mandatory federal or state consumer protection laws in the United States.
